A multi-level class using dynamic and functional movements to strengthen the core and build muscular endurance. This class will be a low-impact, high-tempo interval-training style, focusing on building core strength throughout the body and strengthening deep skeletal muscles for stabilization in daily life. This quick, full-body workout will have positive, long-term effects on posture and stability. No prior experience is required, all fitness levels are welcomed! Mat, weights, and a Pilates ball/pillow are recommended.
